This Return Policy applies to optional merchandise offered by Musclemyflushur through enquiry-based orders on musclemyflushur.ddd.

Ordering Process

Orders are arranged by email after you contact us from the shop page. We confirm availability, price in GBP, and collection or postage options before payment.

Right to Cancel (UK Consumers)

If you are a consumer purchasing at a distance, you may have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, starting the day after you receive goods, unless an exception applies.

Returns and Refunds

• Unused items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of receipt unless personalised.
• Please contact us before returning goods so we can provide the return address.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
• Return postage is your responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.

Faulty Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us with a description and photo within 7 days. We will offer a replacement or refund including reasonable return postage.

Collection at Walks

Items collected at a meet-up are considered delivered when handed to you. Inspect items at collection and report issues promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used outdoors, washed (where not required for hygiene claims on sealed goods), or customised cannot be returned unless faulty.
